Additional to accompanying our customers through the sales process, we were given the task of managing all properties located in Cartagena including furniture and valuable art pieces left unsupervised.

Simultaneously, in a distinct project, GiO tackled the liquidity cost challenge arising from the sale of properties associated with the 'Fondo Premium.' Taking charge of the sales process, GiO not only sold 5/6 properties through auction but also effectively managed the properties in Cartagena, including valuable assets. The results were remarkable, as GiO's legal expertise facilitated arbitrage opportunities, providing clients access to premium properties at substantial discounts. The successful sale of 2/6 properties, once deemed 'impossible' to acquire, resulted in significant returns for investors, showcasing GiO's prowess in navigating legal intricacies and delivering favorable outcomes for its clients."
